About this School Project (1st grade Printed Lines) After looking at artwork by Wassily Kandinsky, students created two paintings. In one, we used cardboard to print straight lines. On the other we used yarn to print curvy lines. Students then added color to their paintings.
About this School Project (1st grade James Rizzi Cityscapes) Students learned about the artist James Rizzi in these colorful cityscapes. Just like in a James Rizzi style painting, we expressed feelings in our artwork by put faces on each of our buildings. Students had a great time making these Rizzi inspired buildings.
